Patients learn the benefits of practicing Tai Chi, which boosts physical fitness, builds strength and flexibility, helps lower blood pressure and improves bone strength. Wear comfortable clothing; floor mat required. Physician consent form required.
Meets every Tuesday : Advanced - 9:00am; Beginning - 10:00am and Thursday: Advanced - 9:30am. Fees are based on the number of sessions purchased at one time:
1-12 = $5 per class; 13-24 = $4 per class; 25-36 = $3 per class.
