  • Adult Fitness Program - Renker Wellness Center

  • The Adult Fitness Program - Renker Wellness Center will be held at the Renker Wellness Center on an Ongoing basis.

  • The facility is open to community members who are Renker Wellness Center fitness members.

     (all prices include 10% discount for members of Healthy Living Resource Center)

    To become a fitness member:
    One-time orientation and health assessment per participant:     $83 (call for appointment: 760-773-2030)
    Monthly thereafter: $66 for individuals or $106 for married or domestic partners, which entitles you to full use of the facilities, including any or all classes.

    Physician consent required; may be faxed to 760-773-1379.

    Hours:
    Closed during lunch Noon to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday and occasional holidays.
    Open 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday
    Open 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday
    Open 7 a.m. to Noon Saturday

    Classes include:
    M / W        9 to 9:50 a.m.       Cardio-Tone
    M / W        10 to 10:50 a.m.   Stretching
    TU             9 to 9:50 a.m.       Yoga
    TU/TH       2:30 to 3:20 p.m.  Arthritis Exercise Class
    TU/TH       3:45 to 4:45p.m.   Strength Arthritis Class
    TH             9 to 9:50 a.m.       Tai Chi
    F                9 to 9:50 a.m.        Zumba Gold
