  • Community Fitness in La Quinta

  • The Community Fitness in La Quinta will be held at the Eisenhower George and Julia Argyros Health Center on an Ongoing basis.
  • Community fitness program.  Physician release to exercise may be required.

    Core Strength: M, 9 to 10 a.m.; TU/TH 10 to 11 a.m.

    Strength Training: M/W 10 to 11 a.m. or 11 a.m. to noon;  F 10 to 11 a.m

    Tai Chi/Balance: TU TH, 9 to 10 a.m.

    Stretch Yoga: TU TH, 11 a.m. to noon; W/F 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

    Classes are $5 each; multiple session discounts available.

    Speakers for this event include; Kim Bloom, Exercise Physiologist.
