A community fitness program brought to you by the Eisenhower Wellness Institute.
Class meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1 to 2:15 p.m.
A combination class that begins with flowing sequences, strength work for the core stabilizers of the body (including abdominals, back and shoulders), then moves into deep relaxation through full supported restorative postures. Ideal for the athlete but perfect for anybody wanting to create better balance in their body, mind and spirit. Open to both men and women, no yoga experience necessary.
Member Pricing = $20 each, $108 for 6 classes, $204 for 12 classes.
Non-Member Pricing = $24 each, $132 for 6 classes, $252 for 12 classes.
