A perfect class for those with little or no yoga experience with focus on beginners and basics. It is suitable for those seeking a way to build their foundation of yoga practice in a supportive, non-judgmental and compassionate way. The class involves poses that build strength and flexibility, all supported by a connection to the breath and relaxation. Ability to get up and down from the floor is required. Prescreening required as physician release may be necessary prior to participation. Open to both men and women.
Community class (maximum 18) meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. Class fee payable in advance.
Member Pricing = $12 each, $65 for 6 classes, $120 for 12 classes.
Non-Member Pricing = $15 each, $78 for 6 classes, $144 for 12 classes.
