This class builds upon the foundation established in Gentle Yoga or for those who have some yoga experience and are in good health. A more challenging physical practice that includes flowing sequences, standing and balance postures and floor work. Each class concludes with a deep relaxation. This class is a great way to increase strength and flexibility, as well as to find a calmer and more focused way of being. Ability to get up and down from the floor is required. Prescreening required as physician release may be necessary prior to participation.
Semi-private class (maximum 10) meets Mondays and Wednesdays, 4 to 5:15 p.m. Class fee payable in advance.
Member Pricing = $20 each, $108 for 6 classes, $204 for 12 classes.
