At Eisenhower Medical Center our goal is to provide the best service possible to all patients, families and visitors. If you have a compliment, question or concern regarding your experience at Eisenhower Medical Center, we would like to hear from you. We always like to know when we are doing things right, and our staff appreciates words of encouragement. When you have a question or concern regarding any of the services we provide for you, we want to address them to your satisfaction before you leave the hospital.

Whenever you have a complaint, question or concern, please do not hesitate to discuss the matter with any staff person taking care of you. If you would rather speak to an administrative person, please ask to speak with the manager or person in charge. You may also contact our Customer Service Representative (760-674-3648) who can assist you with your concern Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
