Meets weekly on Tuesdays year round, 2 to 3 p.m. Parkinsonian and caregiver groups meet separately.

Personal Empowerment for People with Parkinson's is a facilitated self-help group for patients to share feelings and experiences in a safe, supportive environment. Provides patients with an opportunity to support each other and experience the feeling of community and satisfaction that comes from helping others. Facilitator: Terry Randall, CMA.

Personal Empowerment for Caregivers is a simultaneous, but separate, facilitated self-help group for caregivers - who give so much of themselves to others - to receive nurturing and support from those in a unique position to understand their needs and concerns. Facilitators: Krys Moore and Dan Mingeldorff
