Community Fitness in La Quinta
- The Community Fitness in La Quinta will be held at the Eisenhower George and Julia Argyros Health Center on an Ongoing basis.
Community fitness program. Physician release to exercise may be required.
Core Strength: M, 9 to 10 a.m.; TU/TH 10 to 11 a.m.
Strength Training: M/W 10 to 11 a.m. or 11 a.m. to noon; F 10 to 11 a.m
Tai Chi/Balance: TU TH, 9 to 10 a.m.
Stretch Yoga: TU TH, 11 a.m. to noon; W/F 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Classes are $5 each; multiple session discounts available.
