Habits of Health
- The Habits of Health will be held at the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences on an Ongoing basis.
A free, continuous 12-week series for weight loss and optimal health. Meets Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m.
Achieving optimal health requires recognizing and rejecting undesirable lifestyle choices and creating new, healthy habits of the mind and body. This transition is most easily accomplished under the guidance of a knowledgeable health care professional and with the support of others with the same goals.
