- If a loved one is in the hospital, please help limit the number of visitors to reduce the patient’s possible exposure to the flu.
- If you or a family member is experiencing flu-like symptoms*, please do not enter the hospital to visit friends or family. You may be asked not to visit your loved one by a member of staff.
- To protect children from exposure to hospitalized patients with the flu, children under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter Eisenhower Hospital as visitors except under special circumstances. Such circumstances should be discussed with and approved by the clinical coordinator where the patient is staying prior to the visit.
- If you are seeking medical care and have flu-like symptoms*, please put on a mask and use hand sanitizer at any facility you enter.
*Flu symptoms include cough, fever, runny nose, congestion, chills and body aches.
