Blade Branham, PT, DPT, CHT - Supervisor - Physical Therapy
Blade received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in 1988 and his Doctorate degree from Rocky Mountain University in 2010. Blade has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 1993 and has worked with active players in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Blade has been with Eisenhower Medical Center for 14 years and currently supervises the Palm Springs clinic.
Paul Crawford, MPT, OCS, CSCS - Manager - Off-Site Clinics
Paul received his PTA degree from Loma Linda University in 1992 and his MPT degree from Loma Linda University in 1999. Paul became an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2000 and an APTA Board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2002. Paul is the manager of the Eisenhower off-site rehabilitation centers in La Quinta and Palm Springs, with a treatment emphasis on work related injuries, orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.
Luella Grangaard, MS, OTR/L, CHT - Occupational Therapy Manager
Luella has worked at Eisenhower since 1987. Luella received her BS from Colorado State University and her MS from University of Puget Sound in 1983. She is a member of AOTA and OTAC serving in many positions including past president of OTAC. She has been a certified hand therapist since 1991 and is a member of the ASHT. She is a founding member and president of the CBOT. She is a member of the clinical faculty at Loma Linda University.
Todd McDonald, OTR/L - Coordinator - Rehab Therapy
Todd is a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills. Todd graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2000. Todd has been with Eisenhower Medical Center since 2009. He specializes in pediatrics, neurological conditions and swallowing. Todd works in the Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation unit.
Jim Reed, PT, MHA, DPT - Manager - Rehab Informatics
Jim received his Bachelor's degree from Loma Linda University in 1988, his Master's degree from the University of Phoenix in 2008 and his Doctorate degree from Western University of Health Sciences in 2010. Jim has more than 24 years experience in the field of Physical Therapy, specializing in the care of orthopedic, geriatric, neurologic, and pelvic health patients as well as information technology applicable to the Rehabilitation Services department. Jim is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In addition to managing the clinical systems applicable to rehabilitation services, Jim manages the Dolores Hope Outpatient Care Center Physical Therapy department.
Derek Spinney, PT, CSCS - Director- Rehabilitation Services
Derek has more than 25 years experience in the field of Physical Therapy, specializing in orthopedics, geriatrics, and neurological rehabilitation. He continues to serve with the Inland Counties District of the American Physical Therapy Association and has achieved distinction as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Kathleen Stange, PT - manager - InpatienT
Kathleen received her BS degree from Mount St. Mary's College in 1990. She has 22 years of experience working with inpatients and acute rehabilitation patients. She is currently a member of the Eisenhower Neuroscience Center of Excellence Stroke/CV Work Group. Kathleen is an active member of APTA.
