  • Comprehensive, Compassionate Care

What’s in a name? When it comes to the Center for Geropsychiatry at Eisenhower Medical Center, this clinical moniker doesn’t do justice to the compassionate and supportive care this unique program offers seniors who are struggling with anxiety, depression or other behavioral problems.

Now a year old, this program — the only one of its kind in the desert — is a comprehensive and compassionate inpatient center that provides an extraordinary level of personalized care and support exclusively for people aged 65 and older who need help returning to a healthier mental and physical state. click for more

  • Infusion Center Expansion

The Leo and Gloria Rosen Infusion Center at Eisenhower Lucy Curci Cancer Center has a new addition — an 18-chair unit designated specifically for intravenous antibiotic therapy. Open since October 2010 under the direction of Medical Director, Massoud G. Dezfuli, DO, MS and Clinical Director Susan Sagle, RN, the new unit is an extension of the current center located in the same building that provides a range of services including chemotherapy, hydration therapy and blood transfusions. click for more
  • Food to Love

Acqua Pazza may be a difficult name to pronounce or even to remember, but the food they serve is hard to forget. Acqua Pazza has built as fine a reputation for great meals, reasonable prices and generous servings as any restaurant in the Valley in its seven years in Rancho Mirage.

Two years ago, when the recession hit, owners Jerry and Barbara Keller and general manager Willie Rhine responded by creating a specially priced, three-course menu available every day, in addition to an all-day happy hour menu. click for more
