Healthy Weight Loss: Eisenhower Wellness Institute
In Reaching a Healthy Weight -- Phase I, as a participant, you will learn the basic how-tos of eating for weight loss such as how to nourish your body while firing up your metabolism and stabilizing your blood sugar, whether you’re on the go or cooking at home. We’ll also explore connecting with your highest health goals for yourself and putting habits in place to support them long-term.
Reaching a Healthy Weight – Phase I is a six-week series, and you may attend one class, several classes or the full series -- see pricing below.
