Participants will learn the basic how-to of eating for weight loss such as how to nourish your body, while firing up your metabolism and stabilizing your blood sugar, whether on the go or cooking at home. We’ll also explore connecting with your highest health goals for yourself and putting habits in place to support them long term.
Reaching a Healthy Weight is an ongoing, six-week series. Class meets Wednesdays from noon to 1 p.m. at the Eisenhower George and Julia Argyros Health Center in La Quinta.
