Eisenhower Osteoporosis Clinic
This clinic promotes bone health, providing prevention strategies, diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis and related bone diseases. Maintaining good bone health is an important part of health care. Prevention of fractures is a special challenge for those with cancer, both as a result of the cancer itself and often due to treatment-related changes.
In addition to state-of-the-art Dexa Scanning, holistic approached including fracture risk assessment, education, nutritional guidance, lifestyle modification, pharmacologic intervention and physical therapy can be recommended based on an individual's needs.
Located on the campus of Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, the Wright Building is located south of the main hospital, adjacent to the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences (round building).
