Library, Family Room and Dining Room
The Renker Pavilion’s suites are complemented by areas situated throughout the building that are designed to provide quiet spaces for friends and family visiting the hospital. The same attention to detail, and the best in luxury and modern design found in the patient suites, is echoed throughout the Pavilion.
The staff at the Greg and Stacey Renker Pavilion knows that patients feel better and heal more quickly if they are surrounded by the people they love. In the Renker Pavilion, creating a comfortable, stress-free environment for friends and family is a priority.
A focal point of the facility is the library with an extensive collection of books, newspapers and magazines. Computer stations with high-speed Internet access put the resources of the Web at a visitor’s fingertips, and a selection of DVDs and CDs can be checked out for use in patient rooms. Art work lines the walls. Warm wood and soothing earth tones create a quiet and soothing retreat.
Visitors can also relax in comfort in the Renker Pavilion’s casually elegant “family room” which is equipped with a flat screen television, comfortable furnishings, and food and beverage service provided by the Pavilion’s gourmet kitchen.
The family room is just steps away from patient rooms, so visitors can feel comfortably close to their love ones, but leave them alone for quiet time and much-needed rest. They can take a break for themselves, without losing the peace of mind that comes with being close by.
A family dining room is available for small groups upon request.
